Precautions

The main precautions for the use of pressure vessels are:

01 Ensure that all components on the pressure vessel have been correctly and reliably installed before use;

02 Ensure that the pressure vessel is horizontally supported and reliably fixed according to the span (S) recommend by the manufacturer;

03 Ensure that the pressure vessel is fixed and the piping connection has a flexible buffer room to adapt to the radial and axial increase of the pressure vessel under the action of pressure;

04 Ensure that the system device provides overpressure (greater than 105% of the design pressure) protection for the pressure vessel;

05 Ensure regular inspection of end plates and piping interfaces, and timely replacement of corroded or damaged parts;

06 Ensure that all rubber seals and internal surfaces of pressure vessels are properly coated with lubricant before use;

07 Do not attempt to disassemble any part of the pressure vessel under pressure;

08 Do not make any rigid fixation and connection to the pressure vessel;

09 It is not allowed to operate the pressure vessel when the thrust ring is not installed downstream of the pressure vessel;

10 Do not use the pressure vessel beyond the conditions of use of the pressure vessel;

11 Pressure vessels are not allowed to have any leakage during use or the end plate components are often in a wet state.

12 Overtemperature and overpressure operation are strictly prohibited;

13 frequently check whether the safety accessories are complete, sensitive and reliable; abnormal phenomena are found, such as: the working pressure, medium temperature and wall temperature exceed the allowable value and cannot be reduced; cracks, bulges, deformation, leakage and other safety-threatening defects occur in pressure components;

14 When the safety accessories fail, the takeover is broken, or the fasteners are damaged, emergency measures should be taken, handled in time and reported to the relevant departments;

15 Pressure vessel operators shall be trained in accordance with regulations and can operate independently only after obtaining the certificate through examination.
