Under the active promotion of the Shandong Provincial People's Government Office in Xinjiang, Shandong Beichen Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Beichen") ushered in a research visit by the leaders of the Altai City Committee of New Xinjiang on November 24, 2024, and signed a cooperation framework agreement at the Shandong News Building on November 25, marking a new stage of cooperation between the two sides. The delegation led by Tang Jie, member of the Altai Local Party Committee and secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, accompanied by Kong Fanxu, director of the Shandong Provincial People's Government Office in Xinjiang, made an in-depth research visit to Beichen, Shandong Province. This visit is not only an important milestone in deepening cooperation between the two places, but also a concrete practice of the coordinated development strategy of the region.

Deepen cooperation and seek common development

On the afternoon of the 24th, accompanied by Mr. Jin Zhe, chairman of Shandong Beichen, the delegation visited the exhibition hall and production workshop of the company successively, and had an in-depth understanding of the technological progress and product advantages made by the company in the fields of nuclear power equipment, heat exchange equipment manufacturing and clean energy services.
It is particularly worth mentioning that during the visit, the delegation conducted a detailed investigation of the intelligent heating cloud platform independently developed by Shandong Beichen. The platform integrates advanced information technology, Internet of things technology, big data analysis and intelligent algorithms, is committed to improving the security of urban heating, building a perception network covering the "source-network-site-household" full heating transmission and distribution process, and promoting the transformation of urban thermal risk prevention and control from passive response to active prevention, from crowd tactics to intelligent prevention.

On the 25th, Altai City and Shandong Beichen held a signing ceremony for the project at the Shandong News Building. Zhang Chengwei, Deputy Secretary-General of Shandong Provincial People's Government, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, stressing the significance of the cooperation in promoting the economic and social development of Shandong and Xinjiang. The cooperation between the two sides will inject new impetus into the economic and social development of Altai City and even Xinjiang region, and also provide new opportunities for Shandong enterprises to expand the northwest market. The cooperation framework agreement signed this time focuses on cooperation in the field of smart heating. Through the signing of the agreement, the two sides will achieve deep integration in technology, resources, markets and other aspects, give full play to their respective advantages, and jointly promote the upgrading and development of related industries. Shandong Beichen will use its advanced technology and rich experience in smart heating to help Altai City improve energy utilization efficiency and optimize the urban heating system through EPC mode, so as to provide local residents with more efficient and environmentally friendly heating services. The cooperation marks a solid step by the two regions in promoting the construction of smart cities and strengthening the application of clean energy, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation.
